  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders have a processing time of 2-5 business days.. Most of our products are made to order so please be patient while your goodies are being made. Once your order has shipped, please allow 3-7 business days to receive your item(s)..Orders shipped to other countries could result in longer shipping times 7-21 business days..Beautiful Winks is not responsible for delays caused by USPS postal services, or responsible for lost packages or incorrect addresses.. Items are not shipped on weekends or holidays..

 

  • WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS?

All orders are shipped First Class Package (3-7 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business days) International orders are shipped First Class International Package (7-21 business days)..

 

  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation, then you will receive a shipping confirmation once your items has been shipped. The shipping confirmation will contain your tracking number to further check the status of your order..You can track the estimated delivery time of your package through the usps tracking link that will be given..

 

  • REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, all Beautiful Winks orders are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued at this time unless we send the wrong item(s), or you receive damaged or defective items..Please contact us within 48 hrs so we can resolve any issues...Customer service is our #1 priority and we will try our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.


  • HOW CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT AN ORDER?

To cancel an order, please contact us through the contact us option within 24 hrs stating that you would like to have your order canceled. Please include your (NAME & ORDER NUMBER)... Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited..
